The geology workshop is a joint event organized by the Bergstraße-Odenwald Geo-Nature Park (UNESCO Global Geopark) and the Messel Pit World Heritage Site. It offers young people interested in the history of the Earth the opportunity to combine learning with fun. Together with the Geopark rangers, the explorers embark on exciting journeys. Each geoworkshop provides playful insights into a different special topic related to the Messel Pit.
This two-and-a-half-hour program, consisting of a guided tour and hands-on activities, is aimed at children/young people aged 7–12. Participation by parents or accompanying adults is not intended.
